Does anyone know what instruments Steven can play besides the guitar? I can't play anything, so I admire his abilities, and I think he's really talented...I think I heard he plays drums, anyone know? And has anyone here ever seen him perform? If so what was it like? What songs did they do? Hope someone can answer this...Thanks...:)

Well, I dunno but maybe it is when he is in disguise? I think toward the end? Maybe that was guitar, I dunno, because my crappy VCR ate the tape before it got to the end, I of course got a new VCR, but don't have another copy of Ticker, yet....

Lotussan-you didn't torture your VCR after that? Even if it was already dead..thought if someone/something dare go near your Steven-gasp...ok you can go find the VCR & make up for last time!

I think the drummer is his regular drummer....and you really can't see what Seagal is playing because you only see that "slowhand Seagal" frame for sec or two........he is for sure the lead singer(Love Doctor) the singer and I believe it's listed as singer in the credits.....it's in the bar scene about the middle of the movie...then they play the full version of Love Doc for the closing credits.....which is really just a lose jam.....like many of those jams they did while filming the movie.....there's brief clip of they guys doing a improv of "I like a woman with a meat on her bones"....they did in between takes of Fire Down Below.....this can be seen in the Larry King video...it's just Seagal on acoutic which couple of the actors......but it's an interesting clip..

Well it's actually percussion.....there are pics of him on drums and anothet coga type instrument......during the Jimmy Cliff jams while making Marked For Death; when they played a few local clubs..he's listed as "percussion"....I mean even bongos are considered percussion.....and anybody that can play guitar is going to be able to play ..for example: acoustic, electric, 12 string,bass,etc......."guitar" is putting a very limited title on it...
and being one would know chord structure and notes...it's fair bet keyboards would be in there also...
we all know he collects ans sometimes gives away 6 string eletric guitars tho.....I know he gave one tio the guitarist in the Scorpions for helping out for doing the closing track in "On Deadly Ground"..can't remember the name of the song but it's pretty cool

Heres those 2 Malibu concert pics.....notice he'll play his usual Stratocaster when he plays electric guitar....but then he switched to this percussion instrument(I have no idea what it's called)
the above pic with him pictured holding a Gibson hollow body were all just publicity photos for Gibson Corp....I've never seen him use anything but various Startocasters(he has various colors and wood necks) when actually playing live....
On the PTC show he had his usual maple neck white strat..and he had the rosewood neck red one.....there's those Seagal Day pics of him playing a regular set of drums....so he'll bounce around...but his favored instrument is his Strat......I remember Amos posted that page about a guitar once owed by Jimi Hendrix that Seagal purchased for his collection......but you would never take such a relic out on a tour...and I remember seeing him playing an acoustic 6 string....and in rare pics you'll see that he goes into an eleborate effects pedal before it goes to that amp...
it sounds like he uses the chorus effect with a touch of reverb...and on the PTC show he used the wah pedal for the Dark Angl lead(which I think the live version is much better than the CD version)
Girl It's Alright sounds like it's all muti-tracked acoustic 6 string guitar....with just a touch of electric for the "note fills"..

Gosh..I forgot about the acoustic stuff in Fire Down Below......lol
