Relaxed, my knee still is stiff and hurts a little but I am not thinking about the pain, just comfortabley sitting at my computer desk trying to post and be active at this great place.

That is probably a good idea Serena but pretty much my main interests are Martial Arts, Seagal, rap, and Prince, and they are all covered by me at this site.
