Which Dtv Movie Would You Like To Have A Sequel?

Either The Keeper of Mercenary For Justice.

Both movies provide a character that gives an opportunity to make more movies.

Though I agree that I would rather see him doing a sequel to one of his earlier ones.

And I agree with JoeDirt, MC definitely does not need a sequel. Waxman did his best with it, but just seeing Seagal in that combat outfit is enough to give anyone a nightmare.

Peace

Wait a minute, what about Into The Sun, that is one of his best STV movies in my opinion. Either that one or they should start making a Whole new movie, with either Seagal and undgren or Seagal and Statham.

After giving this some thought i think they should just go on a make new movies without sequels. None of his movies since Exit Wounds are worthy of a sequel. They just dont have that WOAW feeling to it any more like his movies had in the old days and if it dont have that WOAW feeling then it's not sequel material.

I would choose Into The Sun or The Keeper. I think Roland Sallinger was a great character and it was visible that Steven was having fun playing that character.

To me it would be cool if Steven made some kind of Walking Tall movie. Roland returns to his home town (country/western feel town) to meet his daughter who is still living with his ex wife. There he meets his old friends but also discovers that there is a lot of criminal activity. He gets in trouble with the local scum and when his daughter gets involved he has to protect her against the criminals. In this story he could mix some of his own blues music and of course have a barfight.

I know: very simple and straight story, but these stories suit Steven the best!

Oh HELL yeah :D That is an good idea, and Lundgren could play the big baddie  And that barfight idea would be sweet ;) I think you should suggest that to Keoni Waxman, with Lundgren in the mix as well

@DiDa: They could go to New Mexico for that, but the problem is that Waxman actually seems to prefer to film in Romania. I think, like I mentioned, if he wants to film in Romania, he should also film outside of Bucharest, and make a sunny look.

I do like that idea. As well as my idea is a pretty fresh type of movie also.

Send them both to him:)

The MA teacher idea is just to usual and it has been done to many times in other movies. It is becoming boring.
Dida just send him your own idea that one is the best.

But if you think about it all of them are original. Idc what type of movie he makes as long as its good but the protecting the daughter thing has been done a million times as well.

If we want something fresh why not a horror movie? Yes we had against the dark but that was only 1 time.... What about a type of horror slasher type movie? To see him and others stranded and deep in the mountains are canables or deformed humans or something along the lines kinda like the wrong turn movies or such and such. Yes its already been done but every movie has already been done and that would be different for seagal. A type of horror slasher film.

What does everyone think of a horror slasher? It wouldnt hurt for him to try it again. We always get a million actions movies why not tell keoni waxman to try a horror/slasher film. Its worth it guys.

One thing that Seagal has never done is a western

The Danny Trejo film Dead In Tombstone was filmed in Romania so it is possible to
film a western there

Maybe something like Pale Rider with Seagal playing the Clint Eastwood role

We never really got to see Seagal do some action on an airplane. I would like to see that

I agree. It would work as an Under Siege sequel too, it's just a pity about films like Neeson's recent Non-Stop.

If this feedback is getting back to Waxman, then I guess it might get back to Seagal (or at least influence him), so why not use the time to suggest Under Siege-sequel-style ideas? We don't have to keep asking when he's going to make US3, we could just put forward ideas that could work as US sequels under the guise of being sequels to others films...

So, like the plane idea - if Executive Decision had played out with Seagal as the hero, in other words - these are things which would work as a US sequel, but would also work as a new movie / a sequel to Max Con, or other stuff.

They should try and get a Chernobyl-like location like the one in Universal Soldier Regeneration, have that taken over by soldiers, and have Seagal take them down one by one. It'd be a good location, and they could have the whole nuclear threat hanging over the world.

It's a shame they kinda wasted the sub idea on Submerged.

Where else could he take on terrorists? He's (essentially) done a boat, train, an oil rig, and two prisons...

And he's also done half a sub, half a plane and half a tower block, all of which he could return to for a full outing...

How about the White House..Seagals version of Olympus Has Fallen/White House Down

I like that line of thinking. I don't think he'd go for White House, in part because they've just done those two movies, but what about the Kremlin? Or other similar structures.

Nice thought, but let's keep Seagal away from anything East European like for a change, so I'd go for the other similar structure like The Pentagon, The UN-building or Buckingham palace.

Peace

I'd love to keep Seagal out of East Europe, but I'm not sure that's an option, both from the budget and the inclination of the filmmakers involved.

With that in mind, it'd be better to try and actually set the movie in a familiar East Europe location, rather than having Bulgaria double for Detroit.

But, yes, if he could shoot somewhere which could convince as Washington or New York etc. then those would be great locations. Don't think London's a good idea, unless he actually came to the UK to shoot, which, with all the current tax incentives, isn't such a long shot, but does seem unlikely.
