wall

Mike nevertheless, Bob Wall is an excellent martial artist. He just doesn't have that spiritual side to him that can be very helpful in developing one's skill.

Exactly Yu, that what I was trying to say all those other times, that most artists that we were discussing don't have the spiritual development that Seagal Sensei has...

Bruce Lee was the first martial Artist that impressed me...But know well they is only one,Steven of course.I came across this on that link that Amos gave us.Just something Bruce Lee said "I will live the way i please and achieve inner harmony and happiness"..How true any one can achieve there dreams if they put there heart and soul to it.Heather.

I love Seagal but no way can he beat Bruce.

Bruce is the greatest, its like saying who can win Mohhamd Ali or Sylvester Stallone in a boxing match..

stallone! LOL

I say Stallone! No way can Ali win (... now). Neither can Bruce Lee against Seagal.

How old are you anyways?

15.

But for real its saying if Mohammad Ali was in condition he was in his professional years he would kill Stallone with no argument. Seagal can't kick, does not have the speed or strength that Bruce has.

I dont know why because you love Seagal so much as much as I do you are blinded by your own beliefs for your fidelity of the man. Skill shows it all.

Bruce Lee hands down.

Peace

How many of you here has seen video or heard first hand accounts of how good Seagal was in his late 20's-early 30's..Believe me, he was a lot faster than he is now at 52..He would not have laster very long in the orient without being better than most anyone around..You can ask some of his early students in Japan about that one. A lot of them left their dojos to come and train with Seagal.
LittleDragon, have you seen Path Beyond Thought? Kicks are'nt everything in a fight either(only in the movies). It usually comes down to the ground and armlocks and leglocks and choke holds..Kung Fu is fun to watch in the movies but even Bruce admitted he would never fight that way in a real fight..

never in a real fight - NEVER!!!

Mike I (again) completely agree. Seagal was ruthless in its most vulgar and scarriest meaning in his earliest days; he showed no mercy (neither with his students' tests nor with the reporters and their comments). Right now he understands his spiritual self better, and he is that much better man for that (Bruce Lee and Seagal would get along in God's world).

Also, Jet Li (the Chinese winner of multiple Wu-Shu competitions) said it himself after having his first-hand experience with the UFC guys, that he himself would not last long in the ring with those top players. That just shows that a real (street) fight is nothing like what you see in movies (i.e. Cradle 2 the Grave UFC scene; although amazing, very unrealistic).

15 huh, and still ...

Seagal can't kick...

I bet he can really break someone's leg with his kicks...
He can knock three guys down with one kick, I have seen that in several movies...
He's the biggest guy I ever seen who can move that well, watch the Exit Wounds documentary, I was LIKE WOW, when I found out he actually did the kick in the pick-up truck scene, because I had always thought that was a stunt double...
His kicks are totally AWESOME, I will always be impressed by what he can do and all of the things that he has done, my oh my, what a man...

His kicks are not anything special, its his hands and no one can deny that. He studied Karate also but never focused entirely with his kicks. As almost a master in TKD i can tell u his kicks are nothing special. Its his hands, dont get me wrong I have Seagal posters all his movies the Blackbelt magazine, everything. I love Seagal.
