Thanks for sharing the information Mr. Waxman provides.New update from Keoni Waxman (it seems nothing is wrong between Steven and Waxman & Co.)
Sorry for the delayed reply - been super busy prepping a new project. I'm just back in LA to finish post on 'Absolution' now - hoping to deliver it within the next few weeks - then back to my other project... I'm not sure about the status of 'Foreign and Domestic' other than it is supposed to be shooting in Alabama but I will ask Steven when I speak with him next...
Hope you guys liked 'A Good Man' and all the sword play. 'Absolution' has more hand to hand and gunplay/explosions and Steven and Byron Mann are great working together again. There's a bootlegged market trailer kicking around the internet somewhere that you may be able to find. It was slapped together before we finished cutting the film (for sales purposes) so it's not a proper trailer - but you guys may get a kick out of some of the action in it. Check in later for more updates.
Peace.
K
I am sure that Foreign and Domestic turned into Cypher or Code of Honor. Waxman mentioned the title change...
Yes, I have another update for you guys. From Mr Waxman:
Happy New Year to you as well. Glad to report that "Absolution" is finished and scheduled to be released in April so look for it soon! It's something different for Steven - as you guys will see...
Many new projects on deck for the new year... I have just finished writing and revising a couple with Steven over the holidays - one a big project set all over the world and the other a smaller project set in Puerto Rico - and I know he is still planning on doing "Foreign and Domestic" (I think it's been re-titled) soon as well...
I am heading back to Romania to jump back into "Blood Empire" (about Vlad the Impaler) and do a couple of action films while I'm there - and still working with Steven on trying to set up that film in Asia - so check back in a couple of months to hear how things are shaping up for 2015...
Peace.
Any chance of a waxman update??
You know, that doesn't mean anything. I've had that with a lot of Hollywood people. Remember their extremely busy and filmmaking is very taxing physically and mentally.Well, I contacted Mr. Waxman 4 weeks ago. Still no reply. I have the feeling that Waxman and Seagal are done, otherwise he would have replied. BUT, maybe he is busy and doesn't have the time to reply....will keep you informed.
