Thanks myst it's neat that you call them "shy" Violets. I was going to mention that here in Alaska we don't have a lot of Violets. I just bought a house a couple of years ago and plan to get some. I hope they do well. Growing up in North Carolina that was one of the things I loved most about spring.

We just went thru that and today it finally warmed up and most of the snow and ice melted. It is suppose to be nice this weekend. Until the next round!! Hope you are feeling better soon!!

Hi Myst - thanks for message. I actually only got back today ! I was in London, just meeting up with previous work colleagues, until Friday and spent last night in Dublin ! I may have to go to bed early, but delighted with my break ! couldn't wait to go on site as soon as I got in the door ! Shall be back to 'my old self' from tomorrow !

Well had an real big scare this morning with my cat Myst she had her breakfast as normal and she starting crying i mean crying and she jumped up on her favourite chair and then she just fell backwards off it i rushed her to the vet there seemed to think she had an seizeure or some thing bit her but i know that i get some creepy crawlers inside like an millipede like an black slimy caterpillar and Xena has had some weird experiences sniffing them even that could have been the cause any way i came very close to putting her to sleep and an bout an hour later the lady vet said Xena was improving and then at 12.30pm another phone call saying she had got her temp back up her drooling had stopped steady on her feet and stopped panting.. iam picking her up about 5pm this afternoon..when i was there an lady brought in her german shepard on like an strecher and was so upset that started me off and an couple of other people..

We have one more day to enjoy the nice weather. Tomorrow it suppose to get up into the 60's again and then after that the you know what is going to hit the fan.

Friday and the weekend bitter cold and by sunday night and monday morning freezing rain and snow. Winter is just getting started I think.

Well it did let me post it. So I guess the restrictions are only in certain areas. Strange!!

Right now it warmed up to 61 degrees here, but it sure doesn't feel like it in the house.
