If you want to spar using Aikido, you need to do some research on your own. It is possible, however - for instance you can attempt an ikkyo ura (tenkan) on a boxer's strong arm if you drive/tackle it into him with your whole body to maintain contact(and keep his arm from shooting out a punch)...
