If it has the same effort put into as Attrition than I am looking forward to it. I'm more interested in these passion projects than another CIA movie where his name is John.
I thought this movie was alright but pretty forgettable to be honest. I like the idea of Seagal as a mob boss but he doesn't do all that much in the movie. Not a lot of action but the bits in there were ok. It's worth a watch but I doubt I will add this to my collection.
I really enjoy all of his theatrical movies but to me above the law is one of the best action debuts ever. Out for Justice is a classic with some of his best fight scenes. Marked for Death is a slick movie with a great finale.
Urban Justice, pistol whipped, and driven to kill. Urban Justice is just old school Seagal, badass fights, pistol whipped he played a really interesting character mixed with some really good fights, and driven to kill has some of his most brutal moments.
I voted for attrition, contract to kill, and end of a gun. Attrition had a good budget and a good performance from Seagal. It's a movie that definitely grew on me. Contract to kill had some good fights and end of a gun was easy to follow plus I liked the knife fight at the end.
I'm not holding my breath for under siege 3 but if it happens cool. I do like some of the CIA stuff like absolution and contract to kill but it seems like that's the only types of movies he does these days. It would be cool if he added a little variety to his projects.
Probably not but you never know. I would rather him go back to making urban thrillers or a regular cop movie. I'm sick of the CIA stuff and convoluted plots. His fights in Attrition and General Commander prove he is still capable of doing decent fight scenes.
