Hi HalKush & everyone!

Hi Everyone And Hi Halkush! I had no idea that people in that part of Africa experienc such horrer! I onec knew a school teacher in Kababwi, Zambia but lost touch with her after she went back to her country when her summer vacation was over(she is the one who taught me a little Swahilli, her and her sister, since they were originally form Niarobi Kenya Africa....). I should have known when her government sent my letter to her, back to me, that something was wrong.... I haven't seen or heard from her in over 18 years. So sorry to hear they are going through so much oppression. Halkush, concerning your asthema: I have asthema, too. I never have to use the Abuderal inhaler, unless I have a bad allergic reaction to something or a bad cold/respatory infections....Because I Mostly control it naturally. I drink lots of Hot green tea Daily/religiously; and if I fell like I am about to have an asthema attack, I will immedately prepare and drink a cup of hot green tea with or without cinnamon, in order to breath better. The hot green tea helps open up my bronchial tubes, loosens the mucus plugs caused by asthema and helps get oxygen to my lungs. Cinnamon also helps loosen mucus plugs and breaks up congestion, when added to hot tea or toast;Best with hot tea. Also if you use the sage spices in your cooking(like sage, basil, orageno, thyme & tarragon), or use/consume/add cayanne red peper/pineapple/strawberries in your daily diet, it will help fight off pain and inflamation Naturally..... It is good for fighting the symptoms of arthritis but also for fighting off asthema attacks.... Believe me, these natural methods makes a big difference and really does help. It has helped me a lot....but of course coupled with prayer and plenty of water consumption. I pray the LORD will heal and restore your body and help teach you good things through these experiences, you are now having with your asthema & sickness. Sincerely with Sisterly Love, Eagle/Stacey

Hi Tigerfeet. Plenty of aid is being offered round the world and some has been allowed into the country but it's not being distributed to the people who need it because the aid workers are still not being allowed in. It's a big job that needs to be done quickly before more people die and the best people to do this are the aid workers with the experience but the military rulers still won't let them in. The UN are estimating the deaths at 100,000 or more.

If there isn't, there should be, Heather.
I think both are equally important and all
need all the help they can get.
The only problems I have seen, so far, is the
government of Burma. They are some very
selfish screwballs. The children, the elderly
and the women should be cared for ASAP!!
Not the army!!
God bless,
Mama san

I will have to be patient, too. I get the same red screen as all of you. Yes, that is awesome, all the work Mr. Seagal does. I just met a little girl over at the local Children's Hospital in our area, while my 4 yr.old son and I were waiting for the lab technitions to call him back. She was from a Kazakhstan Orphanage, that a woman from our area had just adopted last year. The little girls brother was also adopted by the same lady, just recently within this year, as well. How wonderful for her to notice the importance of keeping those siblings together!!! Well, thanks for the info. on this Burma web site; I will keep checking for it to come up! I pray all of you have a Blessed Day! Love Your Sister, Eagle/Stacey

this is so sad. I heard there was a second cyclone heading there too. I'm a bit behind on news these days - we moved house and internet right now is sporadic... wireless my butt... anyway, Burma has disappeared from the news channels here, it's kind of frustrating. I had heard that the aid workers weren't being allowed in.
What a contrast with China, where, as I understand it, REAL efforts are being made to get help to those who need it.

That one worked for me Heather.
I still can't believe there are so many countries in the world that don't respect their own people.

Abit more about the China earthquake it has come to light that where the Gaint Panda enclosure WAS 5 of the workers there were killed and other workers were coaxing those big pandas down out of trees 2 are missing from there pressumed dead and out of the 1600 wild pandas alot are unaccounted for too lets hope they are wrong there these beautiful creatures are battling now to survive with out being wiped out by mother nature...an freind told me this as it was in our local newspaper this morning..just thought it would be good to let you know..
