Seeing as i am about to install a new hard drive soon i will be backing up all my music files to cd rom which will in time eventually get lost ,

so my question is does anyone want ' Girl It's Alright ' Before i take it off for good ???

its a perfect cd quality recording , so its good !

Well, I really don't like to support bootlegs of his work ZenMan, but since you are so nice to offer you can send it to me...I'd really like to have a recording of it, because I think it is a wonderful song...I would hope Steven would mind too much, after all that song is one of the many things that has me so in love with him...:)

Maybe i have done the wrong thing by offering to share my mp3 with other members i dont know ???

i only saw it as a way of sharing what i feel to be a good song ...... i do not want to be seen a some pirate bootlegger .......

Could someone please advise me on the right and wrong of making offers like this

ZenMan--I personally don't think you have done anything wrong, although I know some others have a different view on this. I think it was quite generous of you to offer to share this with your friends here. It's not like you were trying to sell it for a profit. It's like when Lotus recently offered to give her VHS tapes of Steven's movies to a good home, for just the cost of shipping. Another generous offer to friends.

Just my opinion. :)

I didn't mean to be rude at all, I don't think it's wrong of you to offer, but somehow I feel it's not completely fair to Mr. Seagal...But because we are just sharing among the fans, not selling it, I think that is fine...But I am sensitive because it's his work, and technically he might not like copies of it floating around...I made a copy on cassette, from the stream on the official site just so I could listen to it, but I wouldn't share it, not that I am saying it's wrong for you to share it...I broke my own rules by making a copy I guess, but it's just for me...I think we all enjoy the master's talents, nothing wrong with that...Sorry if I made you feel bad, I think it was very nice of you to offer this...:)

nothing wrong at all with offering...if there's any descision as to whether it's 'right or wrong' I believe that would have to be made by the individual wanting to obtain it....I consider the song as a Seagal rarity that really only exists in the first place due to a fan 'obtaining it' thru the Offucial site which since it's demise ...the song is no longer available to even listen to.
I think the same about the "Final Option a.k.a. Deadly Honor" Seagal game demo floating around.

PS: the lyrics and chords to the song are posted around here as well(I think) which was due to combined fan interest as well.

It is such an awesome song, which is sooo inspiring, and I thank-you so much for your efforts of putting the lyrics and chords here for us to enjoy...

It's pretty easy to understand what he is singing, but there were a few words I needed help on...

Of course I know there isn't a written reference for us to obtain, and no need for one, it's best to just listen and enjoy it, and eventually it all comes to you after awhile...
