Does anyone use His Ways in daily life.

You may ask what do you mean by His Ways?

Simply The Way He is in all His movies and in all the Ways you know Him to Be.

I use His Ways daily to be the calm smart and thoughtful person in the group.

I use His Ways to rise above the petty matters that happen all around every day.

Perhaps others here will post how they use His Ways.

Good question Jim.

I wouldn't say I use His Ways but I do use some of the ways he uses such as buddhism and forgiving peaceful thoughts. Fine line to say if I am following His Ways or not.

Thank you Sue. I would like to think that you are using His Ways. It is OK to be reserved; but I think that is an excellent use of some of His Way.

Ways and means...

I have been pondering your words, Chef Jim, and I have come to the conclusion that I need to try to follow a truer path in my life.
I don't know whether I will use Seagal's ways, but I am checking out an aikido class, and have begun a daily meditation routine. We shall have to see how it goes!

Very brave of you to respond in that way. Perhaps you don't have to be so hard on yourself. Please have confidence in yourself that you will get to be where you want to be. Then from now on all will go smoothly. I just know in my heart that you will succeed.

Thank you Jim, that's really kind of you to say.

Steven's stunt double

Hey everyone. Well I know this is off the current topic, but I notice something curious in a scene from PISTOL WHIPPED, and wondered what it meant. When Matt drove up at the church where the Father was murdered, as he stepped over the yellow tape this voice said "stuntman" quite clearly. Then I decided to look up Steven's stunt, or was it his photo double, I should have double checked. Anyway the name is Georgi Zarkov, an AIKIDO 1V Dan. He visits the Middle East a lot, and from an angle he does bear a resemblance to Steven. Tall, same shape face, long hair etc. I Googled him but couldn't find out anything more. Thing is, if he was in that scene, boy he's got Steven's walk down to a T, if you know what I mean. All very interesting eh!!

Oh, I don't think there is anyone who has quite the walk that Steven's got! You girls out there will know what I mean!

You're quite right. No one has his looks or his walk, or anything else come to that. But if a scene is quite a bit dim, and the double only has a few steps, having studied Steven over a period of time it wouldn't be difficult to do, ok! especially if he has hands in pocket the way steven mostly does, dressed in identical gear, from behind he just could do it. Steven is unique, everyone knows that. But aren't stunt guys good imitators? I mean isn't that the whole idea, to look and act like the star as much as possible? I found the fact that a voice saying "stuntman" that loudly more curious than anything else. Wow, excuse me!! By the way, I happen to be both female and steven's number one fan.

I'm sorry. I didn't mean to offend you at all, and I didn't mean for you to take it as an attack. I was just kind of saying that, as you say, Steven is unique and I think quite sexy, including the way that he walks! We are all here because we love him and are big fans.
No offense meant at all. Honest.

I've just watched that again and I couldn't hear that, there was so much sound of the police radios that were not distinguishable to me. Will have to watch it again :) and pay more attention.

Tigerfeet, it's very decent of you to explain, but I wasn't offended, really. I absolutely worship Steven and wanted to make that clear. You still haven't said whether you noticed the voice I mentioned in that scene though. It's most likely an extra or something, and I guess it's no big deal. It hasn't ruined the movie for me or anything like that, I just wondered what other people thought. Oh yes he does have a sexy walk, sexy smile, Steven is sex on legs. I think I'd better leave it there, I do tend to go on and on about him given half a chance. But I repeat, I adore him so. Like we all do as you say.

Sex on legs... I can go with that!
Whisper this so Steven doesn't hear, but I don't own a copy of Pistol Whipped. So, down to my favourite video store then!
Probably just bad editing, but interesting as you say.

Okay....!

'Sex on legs' - not a bad line....

Now you going to carry your new copy of Pistol Whipped all over Vancouver while you go hunting for the man???

You stand a better chance at that than you did at the rodeo....

Maybe you could get him to autograph it for you....

Be sure you have an indelible ink pen in your possession...

Oh and this time, bring your camera....

Myst

I will definitely bring my camera, and an indelible ink pen, AND I am going to print out that "You see this face?" graphic and make it into a T shirt. THAT'S what I want him to autograph... while I'm wearing it too... OK, maybe I better take a DVD cover or something else just in case.

I have the phone number for the extras casting for Ruslan, to see if there are any crowd scenes or street scenes or anything like that I can be part of.
Even if I didn't get to meet Steven, it would be awesome to be involved in his project.

I think you have to be yourself even when you want to intimitate steven. it is not bad to do that but you have to know that nobody is that odd as he is because everyone has a different personalitiy, surely you can follow your path like him but do you think you have enough fun in you live or is your life to serious if you are following his path?

@tigerfeet - good luck girl! I hope you are successful in your quest and I hope to hear all about it with photos. :D

@dutchboyBob - welcome to the site, hope you have fun here. I am sure Steven has fun in his life too, I hope so. :D

I think that fun is whatever you enjoy. So, if you enjoy being serious and trying to emulate Steven, then that is fun. Make sense?
Well, it made sense to me... I tend to be pretty serious mostly... you'd never guess that from my posts here though!

Sue, I spent most of today planning my trip to Vancouver. I think I will just go for a day. I am trying to get some info from the film board about where in the city and when Ruslan will be filming, but no word yet, so I may have to make some calls. I can be pretty determined when I want to find something out!
Even if I don't get to see the Man, I will enjoy a nice day trip!
:)
