Say to him he needs to quit with 365flix:D

Don't worry mate, 365Flix won't be around for much longer (at least I hope) :D ;)

Well, Martinez is the head of 365 flix......so.....

Really? No way! I wasn't aware that Martinez is the head of 365Flix. I would definitely expect better from him. He and all involved should be ashamed of themselves for starting such an enept, misleading and unprofessional company. I'm personally counting the days until they bite the dust for good.

You or I don't have any experience but I'll be dammed if we couldn't do a better job in our sleep. Where's the enthusiasm? Where's the passion? Where's the promotion? Where's the promise of new and interesting films? Apart from Attrition they certainly haven't delivered on any of that. All they have managed to do since they started a year ago is release the aforementioned Seagal starrer Attrition, rerelease 8 old films that were not that interesting in the first place (apart from perhaps one) and recently take a surprising and confusing turn into pay-per-view boxing and MMA!! Something which obviously and confusingly doesn't go well with a company named 365Flix LMAO.

As for Seagal having his name associated with them and maybe wanting to cut all ties (although I doubt that he does), he is probably totally unaware of how unprofessional and poor they have been thus far? And he's obviously a friend of Martinez which obviously makes it more difficult and awkward. I only hope it doesn't come to hurt him in the future.

I totally agree with you. Those 8 old movies are all from Phillippe Martinez (as producer or director). I thought you guys knew all this.....
The problem is (I think), if 365flix gets cancelled, Attrition will be stuck with them and will not be released anywhere.

...And perhaps the same with GENERAL COMMANDER. Also, the 365flix site does show an in-house production of a science fiction film, with Casper Van Dien… but it may or not be made depending on the company's fate

I said (from day one) that 365flix was a rushed venture.

I'm not a fan of the whole microwave generation (who want everything now, at their fingertips, as it is) but at least other streaming sites start out with an actual catalogue of movies (not just one) They might have well called their site ATTRITION.COM (because I'll wager it's the only title they've actually made revenue from?) How on earth they'd expect to compete in an already over-saturated market (as it is) is beyond me (people more cynical than me, might suspect 365flix to be some kind of tax-write off.....hence the inclusion of older movies to bump up their listings.......or even more suspiciously, their complete 180 degree switch to 'boxing'?)

However, given that there's already other territorial releases of ATTRITION.....I can't envision 365FLIX holding this title to ransom (given that 'SARADAN MEDIA' must hold some copyright to it?) When 365flix (inevitably) go into receivership...it'll be sold off, and likely jump straight to a distributor that'll push for an actual physical DVD release....because I can't see any other streaming site wanting ATTRITION (now that it's 2 year old)
Surely the UK will be releasing it soon enough? (his DTV stuff still does well over here) other countries will soon follow.

As it stands right now....I can't see 365flix releasing GENERAL COMMANDER at all....they'd be better off selling it on to a more established streaming service (i.e, one that knows what it's doing?)

Well, I immediately contacted 365 flix. This is what my contact had to say

Hello! Sorry for the mystery, but we will have some good news about the GC release in just a few weeks! I promise to let you know ASAP once I have concrete news.

Now I can cool down....:D

I really couldn't care less. I won't be watching it anyway. Looks crap IMHO.

My time as a long-time Seagal fan is over.

I also won't be posting in the forum anymore.

Take care guys.

I think this movie looks pretty good. It has an absolution vibe but with a bigger budget. No need to be negative about it until the actual film comes out.

Now I hope they also will take over Attrition and give it a proper release!
