also its a 30 day shoot for this film so 3 hours over 30 days is 90 hours
thats enough and also on the UJ set he only did 3 hours a day and was every scene in the film

...

dont forget this film has a week longer shoot than MC so they have more time for fights/action and I dont think seagal is the main lead

If I checked Lauro Chartrands Twitter correctly the filming is from January 15 to February 4. That are 20 days.
I think some True Justice movies had a longer shoot. It's very frustrating. :(

You are right about that Martin. 20 days of shooting means a very very tight schedule. I hope they can pull this off. The studios are always thinking about money money money...

The studios have to think the other way in my opinion. First you think about the movie and give the crew a reasonable time to shoot a decent movie. When you have a good movie then you can think about money.....not vica versa

he started on the 6th of Jan in NM but production did not begin until 14th Jan

but Lauro could have been doing second unit work from the 6th until the 14th which happens in films

I remember Don Fauntleroy saying they filmed second unit work before filming TYD

I agree, they should ask Michael J. Duthie ("The Keeper", "Into the Sun") at least. His editing is better and he worked on many big budget movies like "Universal Soldier" or "Open Range". But I think about 90% it will be Trevor Mirosh.

But we shouldn't forget that it's also important how it's filmed. There are some short fight moments in Keoni Waxmans' movies where you clearly can see Seagal fighting, but in about 90% the camera is too close and/or the picture is wiggly (maybe because a double is used or the director is a fan of "Bourne"). But of course we know the shaky cam from most of Seagals movies since 2002, except maybe "Belly of the Beast", "Into the Sun", "Pistol Whipped" and (in parts) "Born to raise hell" and "Urban Justice".
