Thanks for the info. I picked it up at a local wherehouse store on Tuesday. While running errrands this week I was pleased to see HPD, and The Foreigner available at most stores now (here in San Diego).

What do you guys think about the deleted scene's? I wont give any spoilers but they sure do ad quite a bit to the story line (as ussual).

Amos,

I've been in three different stores today. No one had it:mad:
They all sold out the day it was released. Either they didn't order enough, or it is going to do real well in dvd release. I hope the second:D :D Guess I'll just go to Amazon

What were the deleted scenes and how would they have made the movie any better?

I wouldn't pay 20 bucks for a movie I didn't like just to see a handful of deleted scenes.

BTW.... I have several Seagal movies on tape.

Not everyone has to buy a movie to be a fan. And not everyone can afford to drop 15-25 bucks on a tape or DVD.

They were pretty pointless to the plot. The biggest of the scenes was Seagals wife getting killed but I fail to see how that adds to the plot of a prison take over, it was most likely cut because it added too much to a pointless sub plot.

Do you honestly think someone who's struggling with money is going to drop 20 bucks for HPD on DVD? Now that would be shocking. Wait for cable and tape it for free.

Well first of all I would pay the money for Steven's DVD'S,
secondly even though I have his older movies on VHS, I do
intend to replace a lot of them with dvd.

As to comment about the deleted scenes of course those of us
mostly us women love the deleted scenes, not only does
Steven look GREAT,but makes the movie and his anger
more real.
They did the same thing with Glimmer Man when they cut
out the part about his wife.

Also, I can understand if someone does not have the money
to buy the DVD, but those of us who do want to buy them
should not be insulted about how we choose to spend
our money.

I went looking and nobody around my area carries them in VHS...I haven't checked in Austin, yet...VHS is on it's way out, and I may be moving, so I won't buy a DVD player just yet...I think DVD's are great...Did any of you that swithched to DVD have any problems at all finding any of the SS movies? Are they all available? I hope so...

Lotussan,

I have found most of them on DVD. Since you live in Texas, look at Sam's clubs. I found most of them there. I still haven't been able to find a HPD in a DVD at any of the stores I've been at. They say they sold out. Didn't know Dallas had so many Seagal fans:D I went ahead and ordered it from Amazon

Since I was buying, I also bought that book Retratos that they advertise about him, just to see.
