Your welcome Kathy...at least some people appeciate me keeping you informed how Heather is going...pretty good day for her so far first time for an couple of days she has had an real meal one of her freinds from around the corner dropped in an chicken Casserole...packed with vegetables ...she will be back when only she knows that...if some one wants an laugh iam putting an joke in the laugh section...

Helen - please let Heather know NOT to ride the horse until her ribs are healed! If they are fractured, they need to heal; or they might start moving around and puncture a lung! Look at it this way, there's lots of time to take it easy and watch Steven's films :)

Sorry Kickingbird just saw your message i couldnt get in yesterday dam computer...nup no horse action for an while but i will get back on it isnt the first time i have been hurt by an horse fall and it wont be the last i just love them been around them over 30 years...soooo i will be back in the saddle again...
