Help with link to Seagal's B-day card

Hello all.
I sent the link to Seagal's birthday card, to his office today. This is the reply I got back:

Unfortunately we cannot access this card for some reason. We have all the neccessary plug-ins and browsers but the screen just goes white. If you would like, please send as a jpeg or pdf.

Anybody have any suggestions on what can be done, so that Mr. Seagal can see the site???? Is there a way to send it to them as a jpeg or pdf??? Can you tell that I'm not computer savy???:D

Can you copy and paste the link here that you sent, Donna? I'm not too computer savvy, but I do know a little about jpeg and pdf files. And I stress "little". :D

It must be sent this way, Donna. From this main page he will have access to the Birthday guest book and also the special Birthday photo albums Suzi has prepared. :) I'll email this to you also.

page, album and guest book are working now !!! May be they must do it refresh again ....or will delete protection banner is under the address bar. Sometimes it is waiting a little ..Everbody entered and saw this page.. I don't understand ..

what is going on ?????

I will be crazy soon !!! I tried too many computers and also I used netscape browser It is opening very easliy... I don't understand..

As I explained to Donna, the / was missing after .com in her link to them. After I added that to the link for Donna, there was no problem. I emailed the info to her last night also. :)

Thank you Serena I hope they can open.. I sent to Donna microsoft doc. But actually he can not hear music and can not see the other pages.. :(
I wrote URL addresses .. but I don't know ... :(

One little dash or a uncapital letter will do that to ya...glad to hear that they're attempting to show him the card!

Sometimes it is opening, waiting a little for download. In this time it is coming a white page but later it is opening... I guess they didn't wait..
Really I don't understand..
May be they can open with netscape browser.. But it is opening from every browsers and all computers. Except Mr.Seagal's office PCs...

I am sooooo sorrryyyyyyyyyyyyy !!! :(:(:(:( I will cry soon !!!!!!

It's opening fine now, Suzi. :) The link Donna sent was missing one character, and it would not work with it missing, as I tried it myself.

I've sent Donna the correct link and I'm sure Steven will have no problem opening it now. :)

NO FRESH NEWS !!! I don't know they opened or not.. !!:(
