You keep mentioning 'dishes'....I take it you spend some time in the kitchen.....here's some recipes from Vegetarian Times about Seagal......if interested.

I spend the whole days in the kitchen, but nope,I don't find time to cook...I wash dishes only...in an Italina restaurant...and afterwards I don't think I would wanna cook something at all...Everything is ready by itself...go and take-I don't want.

I'm happy you found some work......and I was kiddin' about the cooking...I only put that down because of the recipes I came across that some cooks made for Seagal.....is Italina an Italian restaurant?
It would figure a Seagal 'fan' would work in an Italian restaurant.........lol

I couldn't help thinking as I was reading the article, that if Steven is a vegetarian, and being vegetarian - vegan, even - is supposed to keep you healthy and slim, how on earth has he managed to gain so much weight since, well, I guess, since his divorce from Kelly LeBrock?

(Not that I'm complaining, mind; I have no objection to a man with a bit of meat on him, and I think Steven is a much more handsome man in his fifties than he was in his thirties, weight and all. There just seems to be rather a lot more of him lately....)

I Belong To Steven
TD, maybe there are a lot of other contributing factors, who knows...Another thing is that carbs put weight on, and being a veggie does not mean a low carb diet at all...Lots of beans and and grains and what not...I definately like him with a few pounds more...Good to keep a girl warm at night , know what I mean? Oh yes, soooo nice...Good for those big bear hugs, and something to hang on to...He is totally gorgeous! Just more of him to love, I say...And boy do I love that guy....;) :D ;)

About the carbs, I suppose, that's true - although most of the vegetarians I know are anorexically thin, because they don't do a lot of carbs, perhaps.

And as for Steven, the, um, expanded edition... oh, yes.

-T, going back to have another cold shower.

I was under the impression that P. Goldfine would be a connection between all of them, Snow Lepoard, Steamroller & Luminosity Media.....these are just tid-bits from various sources...
I've never verified any of them.....

Thank you Mr. Lucas.
I have just spoken with Mr. Seagal's publicist in LA and they are passing my message on to Mr. Seagal.
No - Los Angeles (Rogers & Cowen)
I actually received what I needed from Entertainment Tonight. I am former journalist so I explore all info sources.
You came early in the game, as I was researching, and I always pursue all avenues of information, just in case I hit a dead end.
Thank you,

Yeah....but as I said; I myself have never verified any of these and most are the usual old ones......tho the publicist is somewhat recent....and I believe if Goldstine is connected to the production company's it may be valid.....as far as the wine....that was on another site...the dojo is a common one......and so is the Mandeville Canyon address.....I

Just a little note: I thought that i would mention that Haruo Matsuoka(Seagal's formaer number one student) is in the July issue of Blackbelt magazine. There is a 3-4 page article on him and what he is doing now and his times with Seagal..He was the chief instructor at the Ten Shin Dojo from 1989-1997, then went back to Japan to train under 10th-degree black belt Seiseki Abe. In late 1999, Matsuoka returned to California and opened the Aikido Doshinokai Dojo in Culver City..
So he is back in California teaching Aikido-Seagal's brand of Aikido.

It also talks about how Seagal's brutal interpretation of the art ruffled some feathers in the aikido world, including those of many Japanese masters in the United States. Yet Seagal and Matsuoka continued to perform in front of thousands of people, including celebrities and movie professionals..
