This the most amazing news, a returning character: from the legendary Casey Ryback, over the grey-lancer Jonathan Cold, to the soldier-turned-kingpin Mr. Alexander. I can only say: WOW :cook:

I thought production of the next movie was planned for January 2014?

DiDa, could you confirm that the wakizashi Seagal uses in A GOOD MAN is his own? Or that the new film feature Seagal again as Mr. Alexander?

Of course I know, we all shouldn't bury Mr. Waxman in questions, but my curiosity is sprawling wild. I should restrain myself.

@ DiDa
then I will ask you again. But of course if you are already have a list of questions from other users, which are more important you can neglect my question about the wakizashi. Please only leave a note.

@ Mason
Yes, I can't remember exactly but Seagal used a beard in a TRUE JUSTICE flashback, right?

Looking forward to this. Love prequels - you know exactly where its leading (as you have already seen the first film) and look forward to seeing how the films are linked, perhaps we have an original, a prequel, then a sequel -

Side note: I still dont like Seagal when he reforms a character, they're never good characters - lets be honest Ryback was a decent character but the only reason the sequel was made was so warner bro's could make money on the success of the first.

John Cold - while a rather interesting character was ruined by two terrible films. The Foreigner wasn't bad (but to me that was the start of his career drop) and Black Dawn (which I did not enjoy at all)
P.S I still think Mercenary For Justice would have made a brilliant 3rd John Cold movie...

Here's hoping Mr. Alexander can change my views...

Yahoo. The picture kadence1 posted, caused an ABOVE THE LAW flashback.

@ DiDa
Was the working title not "ABSOLUTION"? It was posted here in the forum some time ago.

That's right. That was the rumour. I asked Waxman if this is true and if this is the third movie with Mr Alexander.

I also replied to the new thread. But onto this thread, I only would like to know who much time of waiting I must invest until they release A GOOD MAN.

The webpage isn't updated yet. It still says IN PRODUCTION, more likely IN POST PRODUCTION and on imdb: no sign of it. This company working ethic is not-very Japanese.

If this would be Japanese movie, then they would work faster, but at least they would run a marketing campaign for it.

I hope we see some official images and a trailer soon, but I'm probably asking for to much :D
