OUT OF REACH at VCD Quality site

Howdy all,

Someone over at vcdquality.com has posted a video screener of Out of Reach. Usually they post a picture with it, but this time they haven't.

Rest assured I will be keeping an eye on it to see if a photo gets put up. :)
Just thought you all might like to know.

So what exactly does that mean? That the offical release date of the bootleg is today?

Not too sure about the bootleg thing, Clement, but that site has had legal troubles with studios who feel that it is contributing to piracy/bootlegging. The screener posted will probably be the same quality as the one Vern saw at AICN.

Can't wait untill "Out of Reach"

So how would someone go about getting a screener? I'm still waiting until July 20th for Out of Reach though. Instead of some VCD bootleg. Waiting is so hard!!!!! I wish I could go to sleep and tomorrow be July 20th. LOL :)

Boy - everyone gets their panties all bunched up over someone selling a copy of Seagal's training documentary on EBay, but when they can get a free copy of a movie, a bootleg, something that denies people money for their hard work, everyone is for it....

First of all, I never said I was going to download "Out of Reach". Even if i was , I still intend to purchase a copy as soon as it comes out like I do for all Steven Seagal movies. I will also rent it from Blockbuster a couple of times.

I, for one, assumed "video screener" meant a trailer, a short clip of the movie. Perhaps others assumed the same.

Are you saying that "video screener" is a bootleg version of a movie? I have no idea, myself.

I'v allready preordered my Out Of Reach Dvd & even though i might be able to get a screener i'll deffenetly buy the movie anyway! Nothing beats dvd quality :cool: :)

Video Screeners are usually released to members of the media (for reviewing purposes), the production team of the movie, etc. They are not intended for the general public, however they usually leak out. The link that was provided by Mason is for downloading the complete "Out of Reach" movie.

I agree, nothing beats DVD quality. I have my copy of "Out of Reach" preorderd for Amazon.ca

Wow! I had no idea something like that was even available. I'm forever learning something new about the endless possibilities of the internet. Amazing.

I'll just wait for opening day, then, when I buy mine.
There's lots to be said for anticipation. ;)

It's on WinMx also......2 parts.....200+ mbs each part..you have to search for "Out Of Reach"..due to the fact that it's being 'labeled' as Stephen Segal.....
