Do you think that Out Of Reach will be a fast paced movie like Belly of the Beast or slow like The Foreigner? I hope Steven has learned that he needs to be breaking peoples arms and not just shooting people all of the time. When is this trailer going to be available!?!? I cant wait to see it!

It's slower than Belly of the Beast but not as boring as The Foreigner. Unfortunately there is not all that much action. There is some guns, some swords and a little bit of fighting. He does throw a guy through a window but the window is already open. This is very unusual for Seagal, who generally throws people through closed windows.

Perfect timing ... LOL

I guess you missed a huge thread there fighter. It's on the 'Out Of Reach' from a guy who claims to have already seen the movie. Check the 'General' section.

Just as long as the movie isn't as disjointed as THE FOREIGNER, i'll be pleased. I'm not too bothered about the action (look at the abysmal OUT FOR A KILL!) but as long as the sensei is a total bad-ass, i'll be happy
If it's anywhere near as good as BOTB, i will be

peace

Out of Reach

I'd have to agree about Belly of the Beast Reservoir it is his best for quite some time. If Out of Reach is anywhere near as good I'm sure I and many of us will find lots of satisfaction in watching it (repeatedly!). With regard to the lack of action I'm hoping it isn't true: though a Seagal movie would still be entertaining if it did skimp on the action, I still welcome every fight and explosion that can be thrown at me as he is an action star after all. And fingers crossed he does crunch an arm or two - rest assured I'm not in any way a sadist but his films were always at their best when he snapped the occasional limb.

You must be kidding me!

... oh how I hate to disagree, but I must! ... "Belly of the Beast" the best Seagal movie in in the last 10 years? ... LOL you make me laugh! :D:D:D:D:D

... and I thought you said US2 was one of your most favorite movies ...

US2 = 1994 ... do the math ... Fire Down Below and On Deadly Ground were much better made movies ... and Half Past Dead, although had very little martial arts, it was better made and provided much more action for an action picture.

US2 is a good movie, but in terms of true martial arts, Belly of the Beast seems more authentic. My math skills are fine, thanks.

Besides, when was US2 released? 1994. That was 10 years ago. In which my statement was correct in saying "Belly of the Beast" was the best in 10 years. Are you trying to start arguements? Or is the correct information about a Seagal movie vital for national security?

NS ... lol ...

O.K. Miss USA ... let's talk 'world peace' now too :D

Fire Down Below was a better MADE movie than BOTB ... if you liked one over the other that means nothing as it does not show how well the movie was made.

Belly of the Beast

I believe the original quote was along the lines of "one of the best films of his in the last ten years". And yes this is true, I think only Under Siege 2 and Exit Wounds threaten to be better than it. Certainly compared to other films in the last decade such as The Patriot, Out For a Kill, The Foreigner, Fire Down Below, Half Past Dead and My Giant it is a better film, though it goes without saying that all of those have their charms. And I don't mean to be picky Yudansha but Under Siege 2 was '95 not '94.

Maybe i just start over..

What i meant to say was "Belly of the Beast is one of his best movies in 10 years" Except for US2 and Exit Wounds. Under Siege 2 is almost 10 years ago, so maybe i should say nine years, but i meant 10 years SINCE. HIs Best movie since Fire Down Below, except for Exit Wounds ONE of my favorites. There I said it! Belly of the Beast could have been as good as "Exit Wounds" with a bigger budget. There, I'm done. :)

This sounds like a direct review,of BOTB!!! All this happens in BOTB except that a guy DOES get throw'n out of a window but in BOTB it is closed. But how hard is it to changed that in a false review! I don't know about this... it seems its fake!!! But we'll see about this when the trailer gets released % the first review from a trustworthy source is up.
