Scott Adkins is incredibly talented and exciting. He was just too late to the game. He would have been a star in the 80s, early 90s. Undisputed 2-4 are Great. Ninja 1 and 2 are also fantastic. Not to mention honestly whenever he works with Isaac Florentine and Jesse V. Johnson he delivers very decent films. Sure they are DTV, but I think of them as some of the best when compared to the stuff that Van Damme, Seagal, Dolph are pumping out. Scott actually cares about the fights. Even at 44 he is still not using doubles from what I can tell. I consider him up there with Tony Jaa and Iko Uwais. But to each their own. I honestly don't know why Scott is wasting his time on this film. I know the deal. Loyal fans know the deal. Scott won't even shine. Unless he is on Seagal's team. I can do without a 10 second slap fight with horrid choreography. So let's hope he is a good guy and gets some cool scenes.
