Seagal Mocked on E!'s: The Soup.

Just watched E! tv show, The Soup and they had a little segment on the show called straight to video, they had Steven Seagal and talked about Seagal's latest DTV release, Flight Of Fury. The show is infront of a live audience and when they played the clip they were laughing at Seagal and the tv host was mocking him. He said Seagal was flapping his hands around like a penguin in the convienent store scene where he had a knife, then everyone as well as him was laughing when they played the clip of Seagal sliding down the floor shooting the bad guys, the host said man that market shop must have been longer then I thought. Basically I am just reporting what I saw on E! tv show, The Soup. In conclusion it was a short mockery of Steven Seagal and the quality of his recent DTV released films.

Thanks Littledragon ...yes he might look silly doing his thing but you dont see the bad guys getting up do you?..maybe he should have practised on the host as soon as steven got up host would be looking for the nearest exit...its good he laughed too ..

I guess we better get used to that for the future of Seagal's career. It is ashamed that Seagal prefers taking the quick buck to the better offers. Its a sad end to a great start to a career that had so much promise.

I liked the fights in FOF but really on this point they were right, the hand movement with the knife in the liquoer store looked absolutely cheesy :)

The whole point of that TV show is to mock celebrities. Anyone is fair game. Take it for what it is, a TV show that pokes fun at the entertainment world.

You do know the movies aren't real right? That was such a marky statement. "You don't see the bag guys getting up do you.." It's just a movie.

Okay, people on this forum need to stop whinning about stuff like this. It's apart of show business. Everybody gets mocked. It's not like it's just Seagal is the only one who is mocked. Shows like these exist. As said above, "everyone is fair game." You people should embrace it. It's funny, it's comedy. The Soup is a good parody and satire show. Stop with these marky, 12 year old immature statements like "maybe Seagal should teach the host a lesson" or "Seagal should practice martial arts on him and show him not to mess!"

And regardless, you all know that Seagal deserves nothing more than being mocked on television nowadays.

To you jealous folks out there, i know you'd like to see the demise of Steven Seagal's cinematic career, but unless he keels over and dies within the next few moments, Steven Seagal is here to stay, and there just ain't no getting rid of Steven Seagal
It's like i stated in a past posting, Steven has made his mark in the filmdom and any amount of negative reminders nor postings won't diminish Steven Seagal's presence in DVD or in reality

You tell him Orangatuang! When Steven supposedly laughed at himself, it took a real man to do that, but he was probably laughing at the others being right prats! or thinking that to himself & having a good laugh!

Try as people might don steven seagal isnt going any where he is here to stay and iam sure people that try to talk bollocks he just laughs at i know i do...and they say some of us fans are in 'denial' what crap..

Ok how are YOU going to call ME a child when you obsessively, close-mindedly defend Seagal in such a chauvinistic way...And then right after that you tell me that YOU CAN EAT ME FOR BREAKFAST! HA! Yes, you're real mature. You know what's also mature...Saying that Seagal can kick everybody's ass for no reason whatsoever. Seagal gets made fun of...."Oh well Seagal should just kick his ass" or "Seagal will teach that punk a lesson to never mess with Steve again! ARRGGGHH!" As much as I like Seagal, I hate some of his obnoxious, childish fans, who believe Seagal is God and ruler of the universe. And you are one of them. And yes, I can get away with being a smart ass with you. It's not like it's hard.
