Haven't seen Pyun's so-called Director's Cut, just a Canadian DVD of the official version (Sizemore, Nas and Seagal on the front with explosion in background) which has a commentary track option.
The commentary is pretty dull to be fair, but not many Seagal titles have the luxury of one.
At one point Pyun does say "Seagal does not like to loop, he much prefers studio sound" which probably explains the dubbing going on in his later films. But then Ticker doesn't have any obvious dubbing that I recall, save for at least one Tom Sizemore one towards the end which sounds nothing like him.
I don't think I would have been too enthused to do looping on the likes of Attack Force either, especially as they were apparently still coming up with a story while actually shooting it.
