Tournée Européenne de Steven Seagal- Communiqué important
Madame, Monsieur,
Cher public,

"In accordance with the request of the production, it's with a great regret that we announce pure and simple cancellation of the Europeann tour of Steven Seagal.

In spite of a promotion of great scale, his last CD of excellent quality, and exceptional, a TV presence, the European public sufficiently didn't answer the reception that such an artist deserved.

The organizers and the production concerned make a point here of thanking all the fans for Steven Seagal, and share their disappointment deeply.

All the bought tickets will be completely refunded, in so far as those are presented before December 31, 2006 at the place even or they were ordered. "

If not enough people want to buy tickets then he would have no choice but to cancel - pure and simple - touring costs a lot of money.

There's something I don't understand there. If, according to this message which also appears on the Geneva Arena website, all the European tour (I've got confirmation by the Swiss concert organizer) is cancelled, why only the Geneva's one looks to be cancelled. We still can buy some tickets for Brussels and Paris. There's a non sense to me in there, I'm completely lost. Plus, I read on the official site homepage, there will be a European tour in October. Where the problem is, I don't know what to think.

Well, to be honest, I didn't understand why they planned to organize a concert at the Geneva Arena, as in general all English speaking artists have no success over there. Lets hope that there will be a Steven concert somewhere else, in a smaller venue, in Switzerland. :) If not, I'm afraid that I can't go in another European country, as I'm already go twice to the UK in November. I'm very sad that this concert is cancelled because I was very excited to see Steven in real. :smad:

I just had contact with De Boerderij. the location for the Dutch concerts.

It's all a bit vage. Since the start of his tour they are now faced with the third management office of Seagal.

The European Tour is still planned to take place on the rescheduled dates (not made public yet), but the management of mr. Seagal cann't garantee it.

The dates may get pushed back further and there is still a slim possibility of cancelation.

That the French concerts are cancelled will probably mean that the French, Belgium and Swiss concerts are cancelled (one organisation), the other concerts are handled by the individual locations direct with mr. Seagals management.

Peace

The dutch concerts were cancelled/postponed by the management of mr. Seagal due to threats of the French/Belgium/Swiss organisation. If the concerts in Holland weren't cancelled they would cancel there concerts.

Since the dutch concerts got new dates (which haven't been made public yet to prefend further cancelling) I've tried to keep the new dates from the internet.

Even here on the forum I've contacted several members to edit posts whenever they mentioned the new dates.

I Think that due to the price of the concerts in France/Belgium/Switzerland they didn't attract a big crowd (Belgium € 99 / Holland €22,50), the concerts in other countries are almost all sold out.

As mentioned in my earlier post, the concerts outside France/Belgium/Switzerland are still scheduled to be held as mentioned.

But there is still a slim chance that everything will be cancelled.

Peace
