I don't get to watch a lot of television since I work evenings, and the funny part is, I work at a TV station! LOL!!! Sometimes if I have any downtime, I get to see "My Name is Earl" and "The Office." Sometimes a reality show catches my eye, even though I am kind of sick of the reality show craze. I think it's run it's course. I really like "Dog the Bounty Hunter!" His wife Beth is a riot! Another show of that type I like is called "Deadliest Catch." That show follows fishing crews off the coast of Alaska. Sometimes I'm able to catch "The Henry Rollins Show." If I watch TV for an hour or more, it's usually a documentary of some sort, or a movie.

I confess to the guilty pleasure of following Gene Simmons' Family Jewels (though I think the facelift was a really, really bad idea - his face had such character before, and now it looks like it was pasted on. Shannon's turned out pretty good - she looks better, not different.).

Another show i like was Space 1999 with Martin Landau i loved the chick who could change her appearance...one show i dont like never could get into is " LOST"..

This is a tough question, for me at any roads!

I seem to go through phases in terms of watching TV, as sometimes I watch it a lot, and at other times I do not watch it at all, probably due to both a mixture of whatever is happening in my life at any one time, and also probably because there is nothing on TV that really grips my attention. Not to mention the arrival of the internet, yet a further destraction!

The immediate ones that come to my mind are:-

"Northern Exposure"
TV-Series 1990 - 1995

I used to enjoy listening to the quiet musings of disc jockey Chris Stevens, who was played by John Corbett.
There was also a good mix and contrast of individual characters in that particular TV series:-

'Chris Stevens (John Corbett), an ex-felon, was the disc jockey at KBHR, who interspersed the music of his morning show with musings on the nature of life and readings from such writers as Walt Whitman, Leo Tolstoy, Carl Jung and Maurice Sendak (Where the Wild Things Are). Chris is also Cicely's only clergyman, ordained through an advertisement in Rolling Stone magazine.'

"House M.D."
TV-Series 2004 - ?

"Quincy M.E."
TV-Series 1976-1983
http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0074042/

"Martial Law"
TV-Series 1998-2000
http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0163949/

"Cracker"
TV-Series 1993-1996
http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0105977/

These are the only ones that have first come to my mind, but there are probably a few more, where I will probably kick myself afterwards for not having remembered them!
