I passed my 1st KYU !!
Not only is Mar 8th my birthday but I also tested for my 1st Kyu and passed!! It feels great to have that pressure over.The bad news is that next week I have to have arthoscopic surgery on my knee.That will put me out of Aikido for a month or two. Shannon- sfry

Hi everyone!! My name is Shannon and I have been a Seagal fan since "Above the Law" Take Sensei has also inspired me to train in Aikido. I am now getting ready to test for my 1st KYU. I also am the Friday instructor at our dojo.Glad to be here!! Shannon- sfry
