    Urban Justice (Renegade Justice) Reviews

The film marked a massive step in the right direction in my eyes for Seagal. Although the film features the most boring car chase ive ever seen, the fact that there was no dubbing and the fact that there was so much aikido/fight sequences in it made it the best Seagal movie since Belly of the...

    Under Siege

Welcome to the site! I know what u mean about Under Siege! I luv his sarky comments! My favourite quote from Casey Ryback, however, is at the end of Under Siege 2 when he's beaten Everett McGill's mercenary ass and nonchalantly quips: 'nobody beats me in the kitchen!'

    Review : Shadow Man

The film was ok, but it wasn't memorable. It was just another outing where his daughter gets kidnapped for political purposes (like Belly of the Beast), and the same old shoddy, amateur camera work. I agree that it's better than his other recent efforts though...

    Hello Everyone

I have to agree with you sofnick; his films have recently been a case of having action sequences few and far between. That's not to say that I don't enjoy them, because I do. But I wish we could go back to the days of Hard To Killand Under Siege 2...

    The jackets of Steven

I must admit, Seagal wears some very cool jackets. The one in The Glimmer Man caught my attention the most; the gold coloured one; it was awesome! Personally, I aren't really keen on the long brown one that he's worn in some recent films like Out Of Reach, Today You Die and Into the Sun,, I...

To Strike First, Or Wait To Be Striked: The Mere Meaning Of Self-Defense.

I say if some idiot thinks he's hard and is giving you a load of hassel in a bar or something, then he needs bringing down a peg or two. I'd give him a good smack alright! Maybe I watch too many Seagal movies, and I know they aren't real, but he doesn't take s**t from anyone...

    Hapkido, What you think?

Yes it is excellent, there is a mixture of traditional aikido, such as locks, grabs and bone-breaking, plus throws and projections from ju-jitsu. I never miss a lesson! I like the sound of this Hapkido, i'll definetely have to give it a try...

    Hapkido, What you think?

I just thought i'd mention that I practise Aiki-jiyu-jutsu, a mixture of aikido and ju-jitsu, it is wonderful and I also find it very complete. It is workable and I think the aikido aspects work very well, just like a fast punch. Open hand slapping can be just as effective though, and less...

    OUT OF REACH review!(Contain Spoilers)

I actually reasonably like the movie, probably because it was the first film of his that I saw! But unlike sexyblackman, I was amazed at Seagal's fighting style, particularly when he slaps the assasin to the floor - i've never seen a man do that before! If i'd seen movies like Hard To Kill and...

    Steven Seagal Martial arts..

Doesn't he do ju-jutsu, karate and other martial arts as well? Anyway, his fighting style is unique and I have noticed these techniques you refer to in his recent films take-sensei, they look cool! _________________________________________________________________ 'Usually when a guy insults...

    Review : Shadow Man

I can't wait for the UK release of Shadow Man. I think Seagal's last couple of films have brought him back on top form. I shall buy it the day it is released and can't wait! I just hope this Under Siege 3 thing is true; he could do with a big blockbuster...

    Clementine reviews

I agree it's probably the worst film Seagal appears in, but there are some good action sequences. The problem is the limited screen time that Seagal recieves in this film.
