Meditation is two things. First specific posture called asana. The second is mantra, that is a word, phrase, a mental image of what is your goal of meditation, what you want to achieve in everyday life. Meaning of meditation to mute the activity of the left hemisphere of the brain, logical thinking to mute, that would swarm tangled thoughts associated with everyday problems disappeared (it happens each man). Meditation is a spiritual practice in Buddhism. Buddha established four principles on which the entire Buddhist philosophy and religion founded .1) There is suffering 2) There is a cause of suffering 3)Determine the cause of the suffering 4) Eliminate the suffering. These principles of Buddhism can help to solve any problem for the average person in his life everyday that would make life happier and easier .In conclusion , I want to say that nature is built on balance, proportions, equilibrium. There is a day, there is night, there are summer, winter there is evil , there is good. Should no need try to break this balance. The main goal of meditation, and I was a little distracted, martial arts, restore balance, to fill the absence of equilibrium. Modern life is full of stress and setbacks. When a bad mood dominate over you - just start meditation.
