there as been alot of debate on this board about rap-stars with seagal but does anyone really mind if a rap-star is in yakuza but the film makes 60 million....i for one dont and if there is a rapper in under siege 3 then i will watch that to.you have got to judge a film for what it is not whos in it.

I also agree although i doubt there will be any rap stars on US3 or Ghenghis Khan. If Seagal has a big budget and a good director and backing from Warner Bros who cares about any rap stars..They can be used in the smaller stv movies but not in big action films.

DMX's biggest movie before Exit Wounds was Belly(remember that block buster).
He never has and never will carry a movie on his own unless he is surrounded by other actors/action stars that carry an audience on their own and he will also need a big budget and a lot of backing..
DMX is no Vin Diesel.. A movie can do fine without him especially a movie like Exit Wounds or Romeo Must Die as well(yea, he was in that one too for about 5 minutes).

Rap artists in movies...only to try to make the movie modern day realistic.Someone actually thinks that everyone on the streets talk in rap!
