8th dan japanese aikidoka...

i have the honor to have an 8th dan japanese aikido instructor in my city who trained for a short time under m. uebesha who gives aikido lessons. i am considering changing dojos, got my first lesson this week with the shihan. its a shame though that my current instructor keeps running the shihan down. i will tell you how he was

No instructor should be that jeolous of another that they degrade someone else.

yeah its realy silly. my instructor runs loads of other aikido instructors down. he says that they are ineffective and that the aikido they do is sh*t. well my instructors aikido sucks to be honest it looks like ballet

And if he runs other aikido sensei down, than he teachs aikido with out the philosophy? Than it is just Judo without punching?
