Me too everyone...I am seriously worried for him...How can the Genghis Khan production even be going forward? I mean CNN has put out a notice that all Americans should avoid travel to China...And Thailand is probably just as dangerous...I do hope he is safe and healthy! but if I have the cash, when I am over at a friends on saturday, I'll get some accupuncture, maybe it will help with this cold...if it doesn't get worse, but I have the immune system of an ox so I'm not too worried...lol besides I can't die yet, haven't done what I am supposed to do.

Also, SARS is firghtening and the besy protection is to guard and support your own health before exposure. Means eating healthy foods with plenty of fruit and veggies, plenty of water, exercise sensibly, and if you catch a cold watch for fever, shortness of breath, and weakness. Means being extra cautious about flu symptoms.
Asians cre visiting Alaska all the time. Both business and tourism and so far I have not seen SARs in my clinic. Japanese come this timeof year hoping to see the Northern Lights during a honeymoon (No one has explained why.). The Northern Lights are not visible in summer because it's light all night.

Xeo, please be careful my friend, if you get those symptoms please see a doctor! I am very worried for us all! I did hear on compuserve that all those initially infected had handled birds or eaten poultry...You can log onto www.compuserve.com to read the news...Now, keep in mind that does not mean you have to handle birds or eat poultry to catch this...It is spread like any other virus I suppose...Suzi, where is Steven currently? I am very concerned for him...If anyone knows will they post something please...

Heard on the Az news that they're saying it will be spread by mosiquitoes...basically in any manner it can be spread-they haven't found a definite result on this one.

S.A.R.S is an airbourne virus. It does not matter what you eat or drink.
If your body is already weak from illness, or those that are young or elderly, you hold a greater risk of contracting the virus.
Lets hope authorities take their controls seriously. Taiwan is now screening ALL people arriving at their airports, every man, woman and child.
Although I think SARS is serious, I think people are getting a little out of hand, panicking and causing worry to your self and others just adds to lifes pressures.
Go about your buisness as normal I say.
