the Masters used to harden their bodies!
For instance Master Nakayama who was also among the Greatest
used to put his hands one at a time on an anvil every morning and hit them with
a sledge hammer!
Master Nakayama was Shotokan's greatest Master!after Master Funakoshi!

And on top of all his martial arts accomplishments, Littledragon is one of the most well-rounded, respectful, polite, kind-hearted, likeable young men I've ever known. I've even told my teenage nephews about him.
