The way people worry about how much they weigh is so crazy! Yes, it's unhealthy to carry too much extra weight. No matter how much some people loose, they won't be satisfied with their bodies. Think of how strong you feel...think of how you can open a jar or a bottle of wine without asking your husband or boyfriend to do it for you! Think of how you can take the lug nuts off to change a tire! Think of all the things your body can and has accomplished!

Charmaine - I think that the file may be slightly too large to show the pic as a thumbnail - try reducing it in size to something around 50kb and it might show up. When I first read Lollipop's post I thought she said you had a cute bottom and got very excited for a minute! Hahahahahahaha!!! Yes, you are very nice indeed.
