I only see Cypher in the "In Development" section on his Imdb page.

Now It appeared on Seagal's filmography for me, wasn't on there earlier.

On Imdb the production company is said to be Lotus Entertainment, they've been involved in production of some pretty major A-list movies like A Hologram for the King with Tom Hanks, Replicas with Keanu Reeves and Maggie with Arnold Schwarzenegger.

    http://lotusentertainment.com/

However on their website there is no mention of a project called Attrition.

Searching on Google Lotus Entertainment + Attrition you only get a link to a site called Free Press Release that about a week ago had a press release about Seagal directing Attrition from Lotus Entertainment, but when you click on it the page is no longer there.

Very interesting to see if this ever comes to fruition. Certainly this company Lotus Entertainment seems to be the most high profile company he's worked with in a while, if you don't count Voltage who actually also do a lot of A-list stuff like The Hurt Locker in addition to DTV movies.

Good find!!! Thanks! Wych Kaosayananda is indeed mentioning that he is scouting locations with Seagal. So he will probably direct the movie and not Raul Inglis. Wych Kaos directed Ballistic; Ecks vs. Sever (Banderas and Lucy Liu), Tekken 2 and recently Zero Tolerance (with Scott Adkins and Dustin Nguyen)....

By the way, good to see that Seagal is involved with the location scouting. It does mean it's a project that he likes and will be motivated for! Happy to see that. Times are better for Seagal fans then during 2003 - 2010

Would be cool if Kane Kosugi will be in the movie. He worked with Wych Kaos before....

Did Seagal location scouting for any of his dtv-movies? Maybe there is still a possibility he could co-direct the movie, either with Raul Inglis or Wych Kaos.

No he does not scout locations for his dtv movies (maybe just for Into The Sun). He just shows up on set to this his job. Good to see he is heavily involved in this one.
