'Edit' Question

Could you let me know why is it that when I press on 'Edit' it sometimes does not work? That thing, or whatever it is called, keeps going around in circles as though corrections are being processed, but even after waiting quite a while nothing happens. Even by trying 'Edit' again, the same thing also happens.

Rainbow,
I have that problem sometimes, so instead of
hitting the "edit" button, I click the "go advanced"
and it goes fine.
Now, if you are speaking of the "Edit" button next to the
"Quote" button, located just below your post....I don't know
why you would be having that problem. But I'll ask and see
if I can find out!!

Many thanks for providing me with the solution for my occasional editing problems, which in my case was that first example you gave, where in turn you recommended that I click onto "go advanced". I did click onto "go advanced", and as you said, it then went fine for me!

I am not very computer literate, so, as such, was not familiar with that said "go advanced". I had a feeling that might have solved my odd editing problem, but I did not like to go into anything "advanced" in case it was beyond my very limited computer skills, and where in turn I might have accidently made things worse in terms of the actual presentation
of my posts on your forum.
