It seems that Lauro Chartrand and his crew are not involved, since he is still in the US. He will be in Mexico next week for the screening of his film Blackburn.

Also producer Benjamin Sacks is not in Romania (he Always is when hsi movies are being filmed). Also no Ron Balicki.

So Waxman works with a whole new crew? Are we even sure Waxman is directing?

Nathan Wilson seems to be there. I don’t know about Waxman but I thought he was always attached to the project.

Are you sure Balicki is not involved?

That's Seagal on the left screen, isn't it? (or at least a double)
It certainly looks like Seagal...and the brief description of the plot says his character saves a woman who is being assaulted in a parking lot. He must have travelled to Romania this week, or maybe the film will star his stunt double

Decker (Seagal) is an ex-federal agent scraping by as a mall security guard. He is told only to “observe and report” activity, never take action. But when he comes across a woman, Lisa, being beaten by her boyfriend, Decker is forced to kill the enraged man to save her. Instead of congratulations and thanks, Decker is fired for his heroics and faces possible criminal charges. Lisa, knowing his situation, asks him to help her steal $2 million hidden within her boyfriend’s car at the police impound lot. They successfully recover the money, but it only puts them in greater danger, as the money was supposed to be delivered to a druglord. He catches wind of their left and sends a hit squad to recover the money. Meanwhile, a determined cop, alarmed at the number of bodies piling up around Decker, is also hot on his trail. Decker must turn to an unlikely ally to keep the cash, save a now kidnapped Lisa, and survive an epic gun battle with the kingpin’s henchmen.
