By the way - I am not really getting a Terminator eye, but I am having surgery on it. It's fu*ked at the moment. I got a splinter of fibreglass in it when we were having some work done in the house and it has turned into a cyst on my eyelid. I thought about cutting it out myself with a hunting knife, but decided to leave it to the professionals... I have to put ointment in it everyday and bathe it in hot water to keep the swelling down.

Ouch now that hurts, my knee surgery makes your eye surgery feel like a walk in the park lol. I hope everything goes alright buddy and stay strong, well we already know you are strong. Thanks for the wishes and I am feeling fine right now, but like I said before I do not think the annastesia fully weared out because my knee seems to be fine. I keep hopping back inforth to my bed and the computer lol. Anyway I am going to continue watching my movie now, thanks for caring.

I'm really sorry to hear this about your eye, GMan! I know you're one of those rough and tough, manly he-man type guys, but good call on leaving it to the professionals.

As I said in the other thread, arthroscopic surgery is a very minor procedure. I didn't want to tell you that you would feel very little pain, as everyone's pain tolerance is different. Mine is very high--how else could I be a moderator?

The good old kneeinjury,I know exactly what your talking about LD .. I had one of those in my Wing Tsun days I wasnt surpose to get out of bed for about 3 weeks, & it took me 3 months to be able to walk again without any troubles.

My knee is a little better today thanks for asking. Tonight I am going to take the bandages off and take a shower. I am not that bored today even though I am still in the house. All day today my favorite TV shows have been on so that has kept me entertained.

A little swollen is normal, yes. You can ice it, with something between the ice pack and your skin, up to 3-4 times a day, no more than 15 minutes at a time. That WILL help tremendously.

Serena my mom is a little worried it is too swollen, the doctor said if that was the case they would have to drain the blood out. I will ice it, take the medicine, rest and see how it is tomorrow night.
