Since this thread was posted, the "official" site no longer has the video available. The message has been, and still is as of today, "Currently out of stock, sorry for inconvenience." So I'm sure that link where you ordered it from and the "official" site are connected in some way, and that's probably why you haven't received it yet.
Was your mother's credit card actually billed, though? They are not supposed to bill it until it's shipped. She needs to check her next statement, or even call the 800 number on the back of the card and listen to the list of transactions over the phone to see if it has been billed. If not, then nothing lost. If it was billed, though, then she'll need to get in contact with Yahoo.
