"American culture" ... "British culture" ... ???
Well, I haven't been to England but I have been in the U.S. for quite awhile and have to say that "culture" is as varied as flowers in a garden. Depends on who you look at, and where, and who they are. Please know that what is in the movies is a "movie version" of "real life" ... I'd venture to say that most ordinary people are very like each other no matter where they are in the world. It is the extremes that grab attention.
