Hey everyone!

Zen, I have only been on here since January, and it is very difficult writing to people you don't know, and they don't know you. You can't tell how people will react right away to reword yourself if you blunder. Use the smilies. They help to let people know if you are serious or not. Sentences alone don't always help. I am still getting used to everyone and the computer. Be prepared to spend a lot of time here. There are a lot of threads and posts. That is good! My husband complained today I need to back off and spend more time with my family. I didn't realize how much time I was taking typing to everyone and surfing the site. I like hearing what eveyone has to say, so now I jump on when he is not home yet!:)Julie

Don't feel bad, Zen, I don't think most people have time to read them all...
I apparently have no life, myself...
Besides, I'd like to spend all my time with Steven, so guess I'll spend some of it
here trying to support his career, and trying to tell him how I feel...
I find your posts interesting, I don't think anyone here dislikes you...

Zen, There have been a couple of times I almost threw in the towel and left. I am not a confrontational person. It is too easy to take things wrong. I just have to chill, watch my PMS, and give people the benefit of the doubt.:)

Now that I've started I doubt that I'd stop...

You're right. There are a lot of threads out there. I'm already having trouble figuring out where I left messages and where I haven't. How efficient is the New Posts function for this site. It seems to bring up the most recent added to threads but not all the added to threads since I was last on. I think you're also right about jumping to conclusions. I think I might have read a comment or two or expected a comment or two and got frustrated. :p

If you want to track your messages, click on your name wherever you see it by a post or in the Members List, which can be accessed in the list at the top of any page.

Once you click your name, several options pop up. Select "Find all posts", and it will take you to a separate window which lists all of your posts, starting with the most recent one.

You can also do this for any other member, as well. If you do it from the Members List, it will also let you select the "Threads created by" option.

And the New Posts function always works for me. The only ones I've noticed missing are when I've signed out or exited the site and at the same time a new post has popped up, but that is quite rare.

Hope this helps. :)

Serena, I always forget to use that, and end up spending two hours reading to see where I last left a message.
