I'm currently living in an Apartment where there is a crazy alcoholic living in one of the appartments below me. He plays loud music almost every single night, and it has gotten to an point where I had to go live with my dad, for a few days, and now I'm back. That crazy wanker can't be reason with in any way what so ever, so now he has been reported to the socialworkers department, so let's see where this leads. I'v had the same problems two other places I lived, and the problem is that they always put people with serious psycholotical problems in these apartments, and it always end up the same way every single time.
