First, mortimer welcome! Second, I do think mortimer has a sense of humour to find that joke of a site funny. Third, yes, I do too think it is in a sense disrespectful to Steven Seagal. However, I do not know who would spend so much time 'disrespecting' Steven Seagal and making and putting together so much information with regards to Steven Seagal if there was not even a slight hint of admiration for the man.
