Kata As An Esoteric Practice

I was doing some research and I found this:

I thought the name sounded familiar, and it was. It was written by Gary Gabelhouse (he's a member here). First I thought I'd put it in the General Spirituality or the Dharma section, but since it is about kata I thought it best to put it here. It's about the Spiritual aspect of kata. I know some of you are intereted in the spiritual aspect of martial arts, so I thought you'd like to read it.

So, you ferreted out that little ditty, eh? I wrote the article for fightingarts.com but I feel they thought it was too...er...too...weird
