"SUCKER: 1. One that sucks."
What a good way to start defining things!
Now that makes me wonder about the word "layer" (one that gets laid? )
And thanks, Isa.

I've been on both ends. People sometimes don't understand my sense of humor and I inadvertently may have hurt someone's feelings. I also have had my feelings hurt, but did not believe it was intentional.
Since we're all pretty close to each and consider each other friends, maybe the first thing to do is not take offense immediately. Let's give each other the benefit of the doubt. The best thing, in my opinion, is to first say something like, "I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand that. Please explain." Or words to that effect. And give that person a chance to to explain what they really meant.
I'm willing to bet 99% of the time, the misunderstanding could be explained as a simple "crossed wire" over the internet or just getting used to someone's way of joking or sense of humor...or humOUR (eh, yudansha? ).
Let's all cut each other a little slack and try to be more patient, okay? As all of us here say time and again, we're all friends here--like second family.
That sounds like something he would say!tora said:Here's a thought of Yudansha that caused me to recall donuts
