you can only pick by what you like - not by what is 'better' as 'best' DNE in m.arts
That question will never give you a valid answer! Each is unique in its own way (otherwise it would just be a style of one of the other martial arts and would not be categorized as different).
You can't really consider kick-boxing a true martial art, as it lacks a few elements.
ninjitsu? I think you mean ninjutsu (the art of the spies: more like the ancient ruthless mercenary KGB agents for hire) - practice of ninjutsu was banned as of the 17th century. Ninjutsu was so feared by the government that even mentioned of it brought the death penalty. (WBB)
TaeKwanDo can be very powerful if the mastery is there. But of all the martial arts, Aikido fascinates me the most (wu-shu and kickboxing I just enjoy practicing).
Nobody in their sane mind can tell you that there is an ultimate one martial art that is the best. A different martial art may suit one person but not the other, but that's all int the personal preference.

Jostin perhaps you do not understand what I mean. You CANNOT say that one martial art is 'better' than another. I think you meant to ask: which martial art do people PREFER or LIKE better ... but you just cannot say (well you can literally - physically; but not logically nor philosophically) that one martial art is BETTER than another.
As far as my PREFERENCE goes: out of the ones you've listed, I like Aikido the most as I am always utterly impressed by the performance of the artists who present such art. However I also love kickboxing (and wu-shu, but you haven't listed that), and recently I am starting to get into combat-Sambo, which is more like jujustsu (be careful with the spelling of particular martial arts if you want to reply to this as some japanese words sound the same but are spelled just slightly differently) as opposed to judo.

There is no such thing as "best" in any art... The definition of art to me is something that doesn't have a limit including the limit of what is best. What is best of cubism, impressionism and expressionism in the art of painting? Or what is best of jazz, blues or classic music? It is a non answereable question.
