Music-title of song and artist help please.

I hope some of you are Creed fans. As you may know Scott Stapp and his 2 band members split up. Well his 2 band members have a new singer and they are now called something else. Does anyone know the name of the band? Also they have a song that I don't know the name of but i know only a few lyrics to this song. They are... "And they opened their eyes and realized we are one.." This is all i know. I saw it on TV but can't remember for the life of me the name of the band or the song. If any of you know either the band name or song it would be of great help.

Nevermind I found it. I was downloading some songs. I took a stab at it and it was correct. For any of you who is as curious as I the band is Alter Bridge, the song is Open yours Eyes. If you like Creed you will like this song it is great.
