New Production Company?

Interesting. I wonder if this is the new Steamroller, where Seagal is the main guy or is it a new company where they brought in Seagal as a "name" to get publicity and investors and build projects around him?
Regarding Under Siege 3, the first two were produced by Regency, so logically they would be the ones who own the rights to any possible sequels. It's possible that this new company is working with Regency or that they bought the rights outright from them, or it's also possible that they don't have the rights and they're just hoping to get some publicity out of a somewhat well known name like Under Siege and it's more of a long shot for them.
The poster they have up on their site seems to be one of the Expendables 2 character posters with Seagal's face photoshopped in there.

Could BORDER WARS be the same project previously mentioned by Seagal as TIP OF THE SPEAR? Will be interesting to see what, if anything comes of this. Many announcements get made in Hollywood, but only a fraction seem to be completed. I'm hoping these come to fruition....
