It is obvious that any news relating to Steven is conspicuously missing from the major entertainment magazines (I.E. People). I find this frustrating and somewhat puzzling since his popularity far exceeds many of the stars or public personas that are regularly featured in these magazines, not to mention he is an infinitely more intereting person when it comes to his films, spirituality, humanitarian efforts, music, business ventures, etc. I, for one would like to see him featured at least occassionally in these publications.
For instance, the latest July 9th, 07 people has the absolutely vacant personality, Paris Hilton, on the cover. What could be any less intruiging? and Redundant! But lo and Behold! Steven actually gets line 22 across (Under Siege star Seagal) in the People crossword puzzle! How about putting Seagal on the cover and relegating Paris to the crossword puzzle. That will never happen, but you get my meaning.
Here is what I propose, let's start a get Steven into People campaign by all emailing the editor at editor@people.com.
Actually, to make it easier for you just cut and paste the first paragraph of this thread to a letter to the editor.
Hopefully, a critical mass will actually motivate the editor to reconsider. We would all appreciate that.
