I guess that new movie was a very short shoot. Or Seagal wasn't playing the lead role in that new movie.

Hope a new better video of this pops up so we can better and hear what he's saying. There's a camera crew there, after all. I imagine he filmed only a few days on that movie last week or whenever it was
