I Belong To Steven
Yes, he's mentioned, hehe...:D For playing guitar I imagine...
Here's what the page says...

Guitar Zeus 2001 is the successor to the first Guitar Zeus CD, this time around bringing the talents of Zakk Wilde, Stevie Salas, Warren DeMartini, Ty Tabor, Paul Gilbert, Ted Nugent, Dweezil Zappa, Vivian Campbell and Neal Schon, just to name a few. Led by the core band of Carmine Appice (drums), Kelly Keeling (keyboards, vocals) and Tony Franklin (fretless bass magic), each track features a guest soloist, and sometimes even surprise guests, such as tennis star John McEnroe on "Stash" and Steven Seagal on "GZ Blues". Highlights include Zakk Wylde's high energy performance "Code 19", and ex-Ratt DeMartini on "Perfect Day".

Thanks for that interesting little tibit, Amos...:)

Yeah...he plays on track 14 of the Guitar Zeus 2: Mind Channel Radio album(only on Japan release as a bonus track)...story is..that Seagal just happened to be in the studio that day when Seymore Duncan was wrapping up the track and they asked Seagal if he would like to play on it....he agreed and took the latter half of the guitar lead(it's an instrumental...and it's very apparent when Seagal takes over lead due to his playing style).
Actually......I had been looking to download this track for quite awhile and just came across it about 2 days ago.
I uploaded it to a site so you can download it:
as usual....right click on the address.....choose "save as"
it's about 3.5mbs..in MP3 format:

Thanks John, That is a really short track though. That's just the Seagal part eh? I wish I could get more of the rare stuff he put together.

Yep..it is short...but it is the complete track...as far as I know from reading about the album....Seagal wasn't slated to be on it;it was a Seymore Duncan track.....and they were finishing up the album..Seagal just happened to 'pop' in...so it was a 'fluke' that he got on the album...it's just another one of those 'obscure' tracks that he appears on...you can definately tell the difference of Seagal's playing from Duncan's easily.

I really like the way Seagal's music sounds. There is basically no question as to whether or not I will order the CD. What other artists do this type of music? What are some good jazz, blues, reggae artists? I really like that blues song Seagal did Love Doctor. I wish I could get this full track but as of yet I've been unable to find it to download it. Hopefully someone else will receive that new Seagal CD and review it so I can order it by Friday.
